"I'll start with - the food tasted good. I was sad that the delivery version of Pineapple Fried Rice doesn't contain the pineapple itself. I felt a little cheated. Also, when I eat Chicken Satay in the restaurant, the server was more than happy to bring us extra peanut sauce and even another couple little containers to take home. With the delivery order, I requested an extra sauce container per order (got two stays) and I expected them to just throw them in for free. Instead, they sent me an email saying they'd charge me five bucks for two tiny little sauce containers. And even with two sauces there was barely enough sauce for the chicken. I think the whole Satay dish costs $12, so charging an extra 20% for a tiny sauce is really being cheap and petty. And if this is a door dash policy, the restaurant needs to negotiate better. If it's a restaurant policy, then they're being cheap."
