"It might seem like a small thing, but so many places treat sides like an afterthought and don't put the flavor or care into them that they do their mains. That said, these were far and away the best grits I have ever had in a restaurant anywhere, and in any state I've travelled to/lived in. The gravies included in the Biscuit & Gravy Flight were all flavorful and had a good consistency. They were different enough from one another to make it interesting. I would have preferred three of their regular biscuits than the mini biscuits though, because they were cold and dry by comparison.
