The fries were well-seasoned and perfectly crispy. (We ordered extra crispy, so cannot speak about the regular preparation). The only criticism I have is related to packaging. The burger came in a wrapper that is folded as a pocket, which was great for holding the sandwich while eating it. However, part of it is exposed to other contents of the order in the bag, so the napkins included were stuck to the cheese. Not a deal-breaker at all, but I would say maybe trying out different methods of packing the bag would help with this. "
