The steamers were in a sauce that was delicious and they were cooked perfect. The ribs were fall of the bone tender and the BBQ sauce was OUTSTANDING! My wife got the calamari and the Chicken Parm. Plenty of Calamari for both of us and cooked just right. The chicken parm was PLENTY and very tender. Soup to Nuts this was a great meal and the whole experience was excellent."

"This is the veggie pasta. I was so looking forward to penne with seasonal veggies like green zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, red and green peppers and mushrooms. Instead this was loaded with carrots, onions and celery. A scant amount of green and red peppers and something white and flavorless that I couldn't even identify. And one lonely, tiny piece of broccoli. The sauce tasted oddly like soup stock and with the selection of veggies it might have made a better soup than a pasta dish. It looks and tastes extremely unappetizing. I removed the penne and added some red sauce i had at home as not to waste the entire meal since it cost 18.99. Way too high for what i was served. "First of all my DoorDash driver was fantastic and quick. The only thing I need to complain about is the FRESHNESS of the food. My whopper bun crumbled apart like breadcrumbs from the store. The buns were just completely old and should not have been put on any fresh hamburger/sandwich. My large french fry order was only half full and they were cold and soggy. The trip from Burger King to my house is very short so there is no way that is the cause. I'm sure everyone is working hard at Burger King to do right, but someone needs to be on top of these kinds of issues so that when you pay $60 for three sandwiches and a couple of drinks your meal is at least fresh. And of course I will go back there because I do like Burger King, but hopefully someone reads this and rectifies the problem. I only gave it 2 stars because I dont blame the young foks working with what they have to work with. Otherwise, it was a 1 star event (if not less). Thank you. "

The fries were fried so hard my grandson couldn't even bite into them, the buns were hard and dried out and the sliders looked like they made them the night before so that the cheese looked old and the meat was overcooked. The country veggie plate, maybe we ordered too early in the day, but again we'd never had this issue before. So my granddaughter's vegetable plate was very unappealing - why they decided to put them in a to-go plate rather than their containers I have no idea, the portions were the same sizes. The mac-n-cheese were underdone, not even a hint that they cooked them in the oven, or even touched them up in the salamander, the pinto beans and collard greens looked like they were afraid to add some sort of moisture, and I could've done better with a can of green beans from my pantry where the green beans were concerned. The final meal, we decided to ask for the gravy to be on the side and by the time it got to us it was congealed into a thick pudding, the chicken fried steak was tough to chew. The hash browns were again overdone, I think the only good thing was the scrambled eggs but even that did not appeal as they were cold."
