"Lotus Garden has perfected the art of creating delicious entrees without losing the flavor of each individual ingredient. The Beef With Broccoli is a prime example of this skill. The beef was tender and flavorful, the broccoli cooked to tasteful perfection-not overcooked to mush. The generous portion was enough to feed three people.
Likewise, the pan fried dumplings had a tasty pork filling that wasn't lost in too much oil.
