The customer service was great, they told me they were making me a fresh cake right then! I was shocked, I did not expect that. They were extreamly rude, can rarely find them open, and my wife didn't get her cakes for her B-day... if that is how you run your business... then I do not want anything to do with your company and will not recommend sending anyone there...
