The menu didn't specify if the Ceviche Trio included chips so I ordered a side of chips just in case and ended up with two. The Ceviche Trio does come with plantain chips which i liked better for than the tortilla chips anyway. The beans they included with the chips were well season and blended smooth making it easier to dip. Their salsa is well balanced for people who might not be able to handle *hot* salsa.
