"My subs came barely warm, I had to reheat them. The sub looked like they had just thrown everything in and half of my salad was on the outside of the bread. The lettuce that was put in was old and most of it was the off-cuts that you wouldn't want in your sandwich (like the hard stem parts). I know subway can get busy around lunch time as I've previously worked there, but there's a very big difference between being efficient and being careless when making subs quickly (they took over half an hour to make 2 subs so it wasn't quick). "When ordering Honey Chicken I was expecting sticky richly flavoured pieces of battered chicken as i regularly get from food courts. What i got was a huge disappointment. The chicken was cooked in dry batter and a separate container of a very watery barely flavoured sauce was provided to dip or pour over the chicken. The Garlic Chicken was just as disappointing again with a tasteless runny sauce and over half the content being vegetables, mostly onion. The chicken I did get was skin and gristle."

"The Korean Sweet Chilli Boneless Chicken (3026 kJ) is good however, there isnt much sauce on it. I personally was expecting it to be coated but it was more drizzled on each piece.
