You could get more for less from any grocery store. The jambalaya was unfortunate in that all of the basic requirements were there, the herbes de Provence, the sausage, the chicken, the miripoix, it fell apart in that there wasn't enough salt or spice to tie it together and let the ingredients sing, it tasted like rice with jambalaya ingredients tossed in, but nothing too authentic.
