"let me start by saying we've had Zeppe's DoorDashed before, and everything was great. But this time, I decided to get a smaller pizza, that was under cooked and a bit of a mess in the box, and spend $15 on a Bavarian Pretzel . My Dasher let me know they no longer carried it, so they subbed a big chocolate chip cookie? So I went from an app to a desert, that seemed on the burnt side. We ate 4 little pieces of a 9" pizza (about 12 bites of food), and the rest was tossed away. Even tried to crisp the pizza up, but it was so thin and soggy it wouldn't work. But getting the Bavarian Pretzel replaced with a cookie, when it could have been wings or anything else, really seems like it was because it was the item with the next largest profit margin. 2 days later and it's still on the menu"
