Big mistake. I got one of their Famous Bowls, and it was just sad—barely any chicken, and what was there tasted dank and overly greasy, like it had been sitting too long in 3-day old frying oil. "I had never ordered from Sappore before, but I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and found them through DoorDash’s “Happy Hour” section. First of all, bravo to them for offering an affordable menu during select times—something rare these days! What truly impressed me were the little details—Sappore sent paper plates, ketchup, and utensils with my order. I can’t remember the last time a place went above and beyond like that. They genuinely care about their food and customers, and it shows.
I don’t eat out often, but when I do, I expect food to be worth the money and far from mediocre. Sappore delivered in every way. 5 stars all the way! I can’t wait to order from them again. Keep up the amazing work!
