"The food is prepared with the minimal amount of effort possible. They don't cook the scrambled eggs with the cheese, they just sprinkle the cheese on top after the eggs have already almost completely cooled, so you just have cold grated cheese on top. The "french toast" is a raw piece of Texas toast bread that they put on the stove for a few seconds. The inside is literally just bread, not cooked at all. The pancakes aren't nicely prepared, you have to assemble it with ingredients slapped lazily into plastic containers. It's genuinely, truly bad.
