"I ordered Create Your Own (2 Proteins) with two additional proteins. You can see here whether you believe that's sufficient. I personally do not. The salmon was nearly undetectable in the dish and it was not raw, it was partially cooked, and the spicy salmon did not come as whole pieces, it was mashed instead. The crab was not labeled imitation crab and it was shredded and scattered throughout the dish making it difficult to actually taste. I paid extra for that which was a huge disappointment. The eel was nice, however you will receive a very small piece. The rest of the toppings were lightly sprinkled throughout. Upon receiving it I was excited to try it considering it looked decent and I had recently ordered a poke bowl that was not so fresh, however I do not believe I will be ordering from here again either. I don't want to be negative I just think that they can do much better. Takoyaki is signature for its lovely toppings and bonito flakes which were barely present. The meat inside was super tiny as well. The sauce will be on the dish I guess because I didn't receive it on the side. Wish I had ordered elsewhere. "

The spicy Beef Noodles had a good amount of beef sliced and were very tender. Broth is not that spicy but it does have a kick! The pork bao ARE SO DELICIOUS. I tried them at Raki Tamen and they arent really good. But here these are my fav. They have a big amout of pork with some peanuts and chives and they are such a good combination!! "Things that are amazing about it were the giant noodles, longer than most places, and the variety of items inside as well. Things that are not so great are the very watery sauce that doesn't stick to the items inside and makes them very slippery and that the flavor was definitely NOT mala, unfortunately. Mala is my favorite thing in the entire world so the disappointment was very real there. The plastic wrap on top was extremely difficult to remove and didn't have scissors handy so ended up having to take plastic out of my dish the entire time. It's also not too great for the environment to have this kind of container. Also, I was craving cheese, but for an extra $6 that seemed a bit too much- since it's about $30 and it was $8-10 for delivery, that would have made it nearly $50 for my meal which is not a fair price. Better off putting your own cheese and mala flavoring which I had to do. I would like to order it again but maybe the rose cream to make it a little less pricey. I was thinking am I just being too picky about it being watery? Turns out I wasn't as all the reviews indicate that the broth is too watery. I think it's important for restaurants to listen to their reviews. I like to be supportive but I'm just giving an honest review in hopes that these things can be improved. Thank you. "
