"I clearly ordered a marble rye BAGEL from Ruby's through DoorDash. The RUBY's PAGE clearly lists all of their bagel flavors, including Marble Rye. I open up to find two pieces of bread. Called the store. They don't have that flavor as a bagel so I just paid $4.60 and a tip for two pieces of bread. They told me that they'll try to make it clearer on their end. No refund-I have to get a refund through DoorDash per the store. I told her that IT IS NOT DOORDASHES MISTAKE-it is their mistake on their ordering site. She agreed but said that they can't refund me because it was through a third party. So I'm going to ask the delivery service to refund me for the merchant's error??????
Now I'm stuck home unable to drive with two lousy pieces of bread as a meal.
This is not how you run a business-you admit the error is yours but make the customer jump through hoops, ask the party who is not at fault to refund them and don't offer any restitution?
A bagel costs them pennies to make.
Waste of $30 and my time. This is why I promote Mozzo and Jeff's Bagel Run. Their bagels are much better anyway and worth the longer drive for us.

However, it was advertised as coming with a cookie so I bought two, even though my kids could've shared one pizza (I knew they'd both want a cookie). Unfortunately, there were no cookies and I made the mistake of telling them there would be cookies before receiving them. Oops! I also ordered two sides of Garlic Butter and they were not included with the order. For me, the garlic butter would have been a game changer for the garlic knots, so I was super disappointed about not having it in my state of extreme hunger and anxious expectation lol. I gave this experience four stars because of the missing cookies and garlic butter. However, overall, the food was good, reasonably priced, and fresh. If I am back in the area another time, I will consider trying again!"
