Even though I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't mostly sour cream, I would love it if there was an additional menu option where the mixture was like other restaurants. The Dancing Scallop (3) was very very nice, both in flavor and texture. I really enjoyed this dish. The Hamachi Kama was delicious, as any part of the fish near the head would be. Very fatty, very savory, very meaty. I was excited to see they left the skin on, but when I popped it into my mouth, I was extremely disappointed that they hadn't removed the scales.
