"The sauce they put into the plastic cups, literally melted the container and just poured out all over the fried food and made everything soggy and barely edible. The batter they use is overly salty. The Boudin balls were so small they look like hush puppies, and the jalapeños were tiny and they had no heat. I would not purchase this again.
It's probably a good idea if you're going to put some fried food into a breathable container, not to seal it in a plastic grocery bag afterwards. It kinda defeats the purpose.
If I used one word to describe this food, it would be careless.

"STK used to be a huge five stars, but they've gone down hill a LOT in the last few months.
This particular time, well-done was barely medium (red in the middle). I ordered truffle fries ($22) ON TOP of the chips which come with burger. Last time, I got NO CHIPS or extra fries. This time, I got NO CHIPS, but what might be considered extra fries. However, the quality was at best ordinary fries (which I have had from STK), NOT truffle fries. Even when they are truffle fries, the quality is less than it used to be, certainly NOT resembling the picture on their menu.
I do have one caveat for this review. My last two orders have been mid-afternoon. It could be that whoever prepares food between about 2:00 - 4:30 just doesn't care what they serve."
