This lives up to that standard, the chips were perfectly fried not too overcooked where it's hard and crispy rather it was soft enough that the sauce and the meat soak into it. I'm not sure whether they make their own garlic sauce but the garlic tasted fresh and had the perfect texture (not too watery). The meat was cooked perfectly. I've found a piece of home from this shop and you can tell when someone pours their heart into their work/cooking, I'll be ordering here regularly."
