"I've been ordering from here for 4 months. Never had a bad meal. I order every time the Fire Honey Pie, always cooked to perfection crispy and out right delicious. Also ordered the meatball appetizer with ricotta excellent and tried for the first time Gnocchi & Burrata sauce was a little simple but the burrata makes it taste great so if we are gradung it. Overall score 9/10 Pizza 10/10 Meatballs 10/10 Gnocchi & Burrata 8/10 Fast and hot delivery as well. I will add a pic of the pizza everything else was eaten already sorry lol"

"I was *EXTREMELY* happy and pleased with my order from Empire Bagels today. The Create Your Own Omelet was jam-packed with turkey, bacon, and Swiss cheese, and it was rather filling all by itself. The side of homefries it came with was a decent portion, and I really liked the taste of them as well. The Iced Latte was perfect to me; strong flavor without any bitterness whatsoever, and I thought it was a fair price to pay for the quality I received. Lastly, I wanted to point out that I ordered 8x Build Your Own Sandwiches as a method for me to purchase 8x hard rolls *only* (as I made no other choices for ingredients, fillings, or condiments) and to my pleasant surprise, Empire Bagels gladly fulfilled my request! This is *HUGE* to me, as an argument could be made that even though I technically paid for them, they might not have the "extra" on-hand to honor an a la carte order such as mine. I understand this, and I'm truly grateful! This was top-tier customer service! Thank you!"

"I had Broiled Salmon with Capers once, I never thought to put Capers on a Bagel with Sliced Lox, Cream Cheese! Well it was so delicious! My BEC came on an "everything" bagel, and I ordered "onion"....... Not a big deal for me today because, while I do not like everything bagels, it went alright with the BEC. I feel dumb even mentioning it, tbh!! But if I'd gotten just a bagel with cream cheese, I wouldn't have eaten it. And a minor mix up can be a very big deal for people with food allergies...
