Sweet and sour pork was so oily the pork softened to much with bi carb soda and the was just with no sour balance, 3 pieces pineapple 4 small cubes capsicum 4 slices of onion Beef was described as fillet Mignonn with price tag to suit, it was inedible as the beef was definitely not fillet and had been treated with bicarb soda for a long time, the meat was like jelly and you could taste the bicarb.
