They were more medium-well than medium rare but that's okay. The Quesabirria was delicious with a nice smoky flavor. It did not come with the guajillo sauce though and that was disappointing. The lettuce on the side was pretty wilted as well but I wouldn't have eaten it anyway and the Quesabirria flavor more than made up for those oversights. The portion was very large as you see I only cut a small piece out! The Queso Fundido was very large with lots of fresh chips and a nice side. So there's definite room for improvement but we are overall glad we tried this new to us restaurant"
