"I moved to Vermont from a city with a LOT of options for takeout and this is the first restaurant to meet my expectations for the quality of a meal since. Thank you so much for the effort put into the food!! Some notable moments: -I could taste the smoky dashi stock in the complimentary miso, and the tofu and seaweed was fresh - this was not made from a packet and sold at an exorbitant price to me. The sides were mostly generous and fresh. -The Ma Po Tofu had a solid kick of spice and decently red color to appetize the eyes and meet the expectation of the dish - the added veggies were a bonus, and the portion will serve for two or three meals at least -I ordered salmon sashimi a la carte and received two thick slices that were not fishy in the slightest and had good, melt in the mouth texture. This item struck me as a bit overpriced although the quality is good. Served with fresh pickled ginger, wasabi, and some julienned cucumber. My only critique is the shumai is so minimal :/"

"For almost 30 dollars this was outrageously expensive for food that tastes worse than what you could buy from the frozen section and make your own. The 14" - Medium Pizza crust is basically like cardboard both in taste and mouth feel and breaks apart like a bread rather than ripping like a dough. Think bad high-school pizza. It's a step below gas station pizza. This was a large Spicy Curly Fries. This was $11. This. There is a water bottle for scale. They came chewy, no crisp. The only thing that tasted normal was the Ranch. which they charged me for that too. Buyer beware."
