"I placed a pickup order and placed it from in front of the storefront. I waited in the car about 8 minutes and then walked inside to see whether the order was close to ready. There had been no customer traffic in the store while I was outside - so the place was by no means busy. When I got inside, I gave them my name and they went to the computer terminal and pulled my order, which had been printed and was waiting for them. It then took less than 10 minutes for them to prepare my order. It should have been almost ready when I walked in and it was frustrated by their lack of attentiveness. This was my first time to this restaurant. While the L# Chinese Eggplant w. Shrimp & Chicken had lots of chicken and shrimp, it lacked enough eggplant and what it did have was quite mushy and bland. I added some chili garlic sauce at home and made the dish much better. The Sweet & Sour Chicken was acceptable - the sauce was very sweet - almost like a dessert and the shrimp was well fried, and perhaps overbattered. Pricing was reasonable - the lunch special was a good value. Overall, I don't expect to return."
