The omelette had large pieces of ham which was tender & plenty of peppers & onions. Both breakfast dishes had generous portions. One thing that really impressed me was the care that was taken to prevent the gravy from spilling. Both cups of gravy were wrapped in saran wrap to make sure the gravy doesn't spill if turned over.
