"I am quite excited to leave this review today. I'll start with the # HASHTAG DELICIOUS. I am a HUGE Corned Beef Hash snob. I have eaten CBH in almost every US state, and multiple countries, and besides Fat Jacks in Lakeland, FL., this is the only other location I've found that uses fresh shredded corned beef, instead of that dog food in a can that everyone else uses. I absolutely loved this dish. It's super flavorful, well portioned, and the sour dough toast is so tasty as well. I had 1 issue, and 1 suggestion for this dish:
1. Issue, I'm not sure if this can come without onions, but the option to remove them was chosen, so I used it. I chose not to have onions or peppers, and the peppers were removed but not the onions. So, not a huge deal, just giving an accurate summary of the whole experience. It is what it is. :)
2. I would add one option to this dish, and that would be to offer a 2nd potato option. Crispy Hash browns. Although the homefries are hearty and filling, I like my eggs over-easy, and like to mix my eggs with crispy hash browns instead of chunks of potatoes. It also pairs a little better with the CBH as well, IMO.

I give this 5-stars, regardless of the onion issue, as it's so tasty, and you can easily tell they put effort into their food. The portion sizes are great as well, for the price.
