"I tried the Italiano Deep Dish Pizza and the Build Your Own Pizza (10” Small) with cheese only for my daughter. It was good, and the italiano is a pizza like you can't get around here, unless you go to that one place and wait an hour or more usually. They use high quality meats and cheeses, I can tell. I worked in the pizza industry for many years. The sauce is sweet, a nice contrast with the sausage and the Capone Sauce . But I do have one complaint. The sauce and cheese is not spread out to edges and you end up not getting what you paid for. The outer 3-4 inches, and therefore about half of the sq footage, is just dough, puffed up and burnt in many places cause that is just what happens to dough alone. I used this for breadsticks basically, but would rather have had the full entire pizza I orderd. "
