"Let's start with the good: first time ordering the Roxy Grilled Chicken Sandwich Deluxe and holy crap. Wow. absolutely delicious. TWO big pieces of chicken?! 9 out of 10. Lil more mayo woulda made it a 10. sides were great today (their mac salad is my favorite and the RIGHT way to do it imo). Now the bad: There was an issue with my order so it had to be re-made apparently, which delayed my order by 20 minutes. This caused my first driver to cancel, and a 2nd had to be assigned (luckily the 2nd driver let me know). Also Roxy's NEVER give you utensils or napkins. every... single... order... should come with a fork and napkin regardless. Thats just basic customer service in a food delivery industry. Cheap cheap cheap. A simple fork and napkin would have made me rate probably 4 stars instead of 2."

"The traditional wings we're seriously delicious. This was my first time eating from Buffalo Wild Wings and the medium spicy sauce was exactly what traditional wing sauce should be. Tangy with a nice kick. I was skeptical about ordering the dry rub lemon pepper wings but they did not dissappoint.Then veggies were incredibly fresh although I'd have like more of the blue cheese dressing. The fries were not hot and were rather cold, but they were nicely seasoned with seasalt and black pepper. All in all though, I was totally satisfied. Albeit pricey, the high quality made this endeavor worth it. I'll order again!"
