"The red white and blue pancakes were fair to good. the fruit was fresh. the biscuits were so hard I couldn't even pierce them with a fork. you know it's a bad biscuit when it is covered in gravy and still can't be cut or pierced with a fork. the gravy was basically flour and water with a few sausage lumps. couldn't be eaten. the sausage links were good. the eggs tasted as if they had gone off so one bite was all I took of those. the lava cookie was so burnt the it couldn't be cut even with a knife much less a fork. you could smell the burnt right when the container was opened. the ice cream that came with it was about 2 TBSP. not kidding. for $5.39 I could have got a pint of good ice cream instead of 2 TBSP of mediocre. I can't imagine why they thought that what they sent out was fit for human consumption."

"I Ordered a Classic French Dip & Swiss, a Half Pound Beef 'n Cheddar, Curly Fries (Large), two Chicken Sliders, and two Buffalo Chicken Sliders. Also requested extra Horsey Sauce Packets and Arby's Sauce Packets. The sliders and Curly Fries (Large) were decent, however the Classic French Dip & Swiss didn't come with the au jus, and there was only enough sauce in the bag for 1 sandwich. There was also less cheese on the beef and cheddar than I'm used to seeing. The food tasted ok and was still warm/fresh upon delivery, but the missing au jus and lack of sauces were a pretty big let down, especially considering the food totaled over $40. I understand (and appreciate) that Arby's has the stickers on the food bags to ensure it's not tampered with, however it would be greatly appreciated if they had better quality control to ensure all items are accounted for, especially when customers are paying the added premium of meal delivery and the items can't be verified until after delivery is complete. Based on this experience, I would be a little hesitant to order again."

"TLDR; Rating low because prices are way too high for what you get, especially considering it's a ghost kitchen. Unless you really love the ingredients at On The Border, they're nothing special. The cookies and burrito were good, but nothing new. Crunchwrap was a regretful purchase. The NORCAL BURRITO is easily a 9-10 inch burrito, making it a massive portion size vs your average Taco Bell one. The fillings weren't anything special though, but the Carne Asada was a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend getting that over the chicken. Wasn't really unique or tasty enough to make me feel like the steep price was worth it, but if you eat light, this burrito alone can be easily made into two meals! The value can make itself depending on the person's stomach size/appetite The OMG COOKIES are just fried OREOs, but with the addition of powdered sugar on top and a cup of Chocolate sauce on the side to dip it in. No complaints there, just semantics about the naming. (I LOVE fried OREOs by the way, don't get it twisted) I was lucky enough to get 8 of them for the BOGO deal, (I was only supposed to get 4) so that was a great value for what I paid.
