I put in a pick-up order got there when I was told it would be ready within 15 15-minute window the food was not ready. I watched her stick it in the bag without the Caramel or Peanuts and then hand it to me. She realized it was wrong without me saying anything and fixed it which I did appreciate. I made it a pickup order cause I was on break and in a rush, not her fault but she was not busy helping other guests or doing anything but talking to another person.
