"I get the same thing pretty often and it's always amazing. (Sweet onion chicken teriyaki with the onion sauce, mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, onions, and spinach.) For some reason today it was horrible. The bread was super dry, hard as a rock, and tasted stale. It literally crumbled anytime I took a bite. The sub had barely any chicken and was mainly spinach. These, I know, are minor details and I am not trying to be to hard on the staff / team members; however, sometimes a good customer experience is in the smaller details. Service with a smile and those small details can change the customers view in a positive way. I want to be encouraging here. I know they are capable of doing better than what we received.
