Next, they didn't put in any ice, then they didn't put in the strawberry chunks as advertised, and finally they did all this without reaching out to ask if I'd wanted a replacement, which suggests they weren't out of ice or strawberries but that whoever made the drink had no idea what they were doing. Nobody wants an unsealed cup of room temp tea."

Tamper proofing requires the items unable to be tampered with, or at least show evidence of tampering, so how is covering the straw hole making it so the drink is safe? -1 star. Food was prepared well and tasted good, despite the smaller portion sizes compared to certain competitors from Kentucky."
