The flavours of the Carpaccio were so well balanced. it has a wasabi dressing of some sort but without it I don't think the rest of the dish would have tasted as elevated and it would have been missed. it was an ultimate surprise to me as I've never eaten here before or eaten this. I love Japanese Food freshness and balance and these dishes didn't disappoint. eating the beans and mushrooms with the Beef was an ideal pick and I have saved this as a favourite place."
