This has been a complete waste of money. I’m thoroughly disappointed. I expected better service, better food, and quality from Red Lobster, but what I received was a scam. As a valuable customer and a DoorDash premium member, this experience makes me rethink ordering from either platform again. I am requesting either a full refund or I can return the entire meal back to Red Lobster. I hope Red Lobster and DoorDash will look into this and provide the appropriate justification.
