"this may be the first review of this new place on doordash. It's yummy food. The tom yum wasn't perfect but still enjoyable. it was a little sweeter than I prefer. It was also quite mild and a little less tart than expected. I added a little lime juice and fresh chilli to tweak it to my tastes. The prawns were nicely cooked and fresh so that was great to see. "I really wanted to enjoy this... to support a plant based (vegan) business, but it was perhaps the most bland meal I've had in years. It was about 90% noodles! then just a few pieces of veg and faux meat protein, and barely any sauce. The sauce was so watered down that it didn't even stick to the noodles. Chips were really bloody good, nice n crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Kebab was gorgeous, had a nice amount of sauce, salad and meat. What really surprising is that the meat had a bit of fat in it, every time I had a kebab it was always lean meat. Gave it heaps of extra flavour and was a welcome addition.
The only thing I have to say is that the kebab was a bit warmer than room temp when it arrived (my house is not far away at all so it wasn't cold after spending too long in the car) but that was easily fixed in the microwave
