If you are looking for a traditional Caesar or Italian dressing this is not it, but it was clean and fresh and tangy and perfect for me. Salad topped with fresh parmesan, and everything was just what I wanted. The main restaurant is off the main drag closer to Boulder Bay. They also have a small spot in the Village where you can get by the slice. I tried the full service spot. A must try in Big Bear. "
