"Kofu is my favorite sushi place in the area and I'm thrilled they expanded their menu! My favorite roll is the American Honey Roll - warm, crunchy, sweetness from the honey and salty bite of soy and wasabi! I tried the Kofu Combo this time, a lot of yum for a great price! Also the best egg Fried Egg Rolls and Fresh Spring Rolls around! I also ordered the Pad Cashew Nut for my dinner the next night. It comes with a side of rice and is really tasty. Love the contrast of tender chicken/veggies and crunchy water chestnuts/cashews. I ordered way too much but wanted to have my favorites and try some new flavors, too!"

The Sichuan Style Braised Beef Noodle Soup tasted of rich, house-made beef/bone broth flavored with sichuan peppercorn and chili. Fish Fillet & Eggplant with Black Pepper Sauce Clay Pot was tasty and filling - the savory black pepper sauce allowed the natural sweetness of the eggplant to shine through. Slice Seaweed was seaweed (kombu-type I think) sliced into long thin strips, turning it into noodles! It was tossed with sesame oil and a touch of sichuan peppercorn, chili and garlic. "The orange chicken here is awesome! I love their food for the most part I haven't tried Very much of it lately, but I've tried the sesame chicken and orange D24. Orange Chicken and they're both good. But the orange chicken is really really good they put a lot of sauce on there It's not just like some breaded piece of chicken that's got like orange glaze on it there's actually has a lot of the orange sauce which I like! I don't like it when it's all thick and glazed over. This is still thick but it's not so thick that like it's stuck to the chicken to her It feels and taste gummy lol don't know if I'm explain it right. But I feel like the orange chicken at other places try theirs is awesome! It's also cool because it gives you the option to do no spice up to extra spicy there's four options. I usually do just a little hot. they're egg rolls are good and their cheese wontons or awesome also! Sweet and sour sauce is good So far this is one of my favorites outside of Egg Roll Express! 🙂"
