"we started ordering via door dash last summer. The first 2 times it was exceptional. I am not sure what's happened since, but the quantity of side items have become less & less as well as the quality of ingredients such as bacon, mushrooms, etc. consistently charged for sauces that don't arrive, or that should come with the order (BBQ rings burger...and no BBQ sauce) After trying 4 more times since the original 2, this is officially our last time. It used to be our go to burger place for busy sport or school activity nights as the burger patties themselves are exceptional (as are the gouda mac & cheese bites). When 3 burgers and an order of cheese curds cost $70 (Yes, it's the price of convenience, I get it). you expect a higher overall quality. So, two stars as a door dash restaurant. I'm guessing if you go in person it's 5 stars however."

"I ordered the 2 piece combo with Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes for the side as well as hot honey and the chicken dipper sauce. The food was okay. I ordered dark meat but still received a breast. The chicken didn't have much flavor to it but the crunch was good and it wasn't too greasy which was nice. The mashed potatoes could've had a little more gravy but was surprisingly really good. The Mac was creamy with a white cheese base and I believe some jalapeños which added a nice kick. The hot honey was good but I didn't like the chicken dipper sauce at all. It didn't really have any flavor besides a bitterness from the pepper used. The portion is very fair for the price. The freshness was good as well, nothing tasted old. Overall wouldn't order again but I'm glad to have tried it. ps: came with tortillas and pico which was strange but they were tasty :)"

"The 11. Shrimp Lo Mein tasted very good, with well-seasoned lo mein noodles and a generous number of well-cooked shrimp. I'm not sure what makes the side-order of Cajun Hot Spicy Chicken Cajun, but the chicken was spicy with the addition of slices of Jalapeños. The Egg Drop Soup (QT) was adequate, with a good amount of egg white and not too oily, but I would have expected some garnish that other restaurants add such as green onion. Unfortunately, the Pina Colada Smoothie tasted mainly of sugar than pineapple or coconut. Other than the Pina Colada Smoothie, everything tasted fresh and vibrant, and I would order from Lucky Wok again. Keep in mind that this is from a mall food court restaurant, so portions tend to be smaller, not include rice as most entrees would, and you will need to be strategic in the time you place your order so your order is freshly made."
