"Had onions on my cheeseburgers when I asked no onions, no mustard or mayo, just ketchup and cheese only, got a quarter with cheese that I didn't order, got no fries for my meal, awful. Second time they've messed my food up."

"Per usual, items were missing, and not everything was prepared as requested. I would let it go, but it happens so often that it's more shocking if everything actually shows up as ordered. If I go in or hit the drive-thru, I check before I leave. However, with having food delivered, I cannot do the checks, and almost always deal with mistakes. I would go somewhere else, but this place is super close to my house. I would order from somewhere else- but I have kids and happy meals are the best part of life. The food usually isn't too bad, depending on how long it's been sitting before the order was filled and how long it sat before being picked up. More often than not I have to park and wait 5 minutes or more for my incorrect order to come out. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to as far as accuracy is concerned. We've been going there for almost a decade, at least once per month, and there has been at least one error 98% of the time. We've learned to just accept that there will be errors and be grateful for what we do get, and the fact that we didn't have to cook. So, go or order from there if you want, but make sure you manage your expectations appropriately. Good luck!!"
