the sauce was thick and slimy. the crawfish were small and mushy. a few dead, a few gritty. weighed it and it was not even close to 3 lb. there was at least 5 lbs of potatoes though. no flavor on the crawfish or potatoes. the sausage did have a bit of good flavor.
the fried shrimp and onion rings had no flavor with the exception of a very salty seasoning dumped on after cooking.
unfortunately, the sauce also spilled in the bag.
