The tonkatsu was creamy, rich, and comforting—I recommend upgrading to the pork belly chashu, which literally melts in your mouth with perfect thickness. The red spicy ramen was a revelation—layers of flavor with heat that slowly blooms at the back of your throat. Not overpowering, just the perfect balance of warmth and spice that keeps you wanting more. The pepper karaage chicken was addictive—crispy, golden, with a lemony-pepper kick and just a touch of sweetness. And the dumplings? You can taste generations of care in that recipe. We loved the Japanese treats and items you can buy—Ramune sodas, unique drinks, and even fun little games for the kids. The staff thought of everything, even bringing out smaller bowls so our kids could enjoy with ease.
