Even though it was rich it was still refreshing in the way that a salad dressing should be. There is obviously a lot of care going on in their kitchen. I can taste the love and the passion. The only two things that would have made it 100% perfect, in my personal opinion, would be.. 1. Chop the salad a bit so it is a little easier to eat 2.
