The food being cold I feel like is more on DD for giving unrealistic delivery times and overloading drivers taking multiple orders at one time."

"Went to pickup the order and the owner/employee was upset. They claimed to be "paying out of pocket" for my order so they reduced the portion size. The order in question was a chicken lo mein that was a buy one get one free promotion. When I got home to eat the food, it was bad. Bland, flavorless, the chicken was rubbery and the noodles were just without sauce, salt or any flavor that was "lo mein". I've eaten at this place several times, never again."
