The macaroni and cheese, with bacon, had an odd flavor that caused it to be unpalatable, The ribs were tough, lean, and dry. The pulled pork was dry but not fatty and seasoned well. The brisket was a bit dry. however, it is so delicious. The sauce was made for this meat. Somehow, the wings had the best flavor, size texture, and sauced perfectly.
