Today I had a classic, the Miso glazed salmon, cabbage, carrot, shallots, coriander, tamari ponzu dressing and tamari almond.
You can always add all sorts of treats to this, and all bowls, ranging from ginger to sweet potato to fish roe which pop in your mouth.
What I most like is the care and attention of the makers of these meals. There is a significant and detailed allergens section. Last time I ordered a meal I thought would meet those expectations. The staff instore explained the marinade I chose had ingredients I said I couldn't eat and immediately made me a great alternate option.
Today was made more special by a Doordash promotion for lunches, with 40% off for orders over $25. I added extra ingredients I would not otherwise be able to justify. The meal was enough for lunch and dinner. The preparation time was immediate, which is great knowing in person this was a crazy busy time in Bondi Junction. Such a well-oiled machine. Delivery time is quicker than me walking up to order and bring home.

Just look at this combination: Mixed leaves, Tobiko, Ginger, Seaweed Salad, Dressing On The Side , Beef brisket, Zesty Lime (v,gf), Radish, Sweet Potato, Coriander.
The meat was perfectly cooked and generous in the serve, the zesty lime lifted it. The tobiko both looked super pretty sprinkled atop the seaweed and popped making this an unexpected joy on so many levels.
