The pad see ew at Thai Curry is my go-to comfort food. I get a side of peanut sauce to top it off (highly recommend if you like peanut sauce, it just goes perfectly together). It is always exactly the same top shelf quality. Made with fresh, not frozen veggies, loaded with properly trimmed thinly sliced chicken breast, no dark meat, connective tissue, fat or anything weird like that. The super wide noodles are so silky and delicious. The portions are big enough to share between 2 hungry people. I get at least two satisfying meals for myself out of one order of pad see ew. The only problem is that their portions are so big I can't also order the yellow curry (which is my other favorite at Thai Curry, I could drink the sauce 🤤) I would stuff myself into a food coma if I ordered both at the same time. All of the food here has so much flavor it makes your whole mouth happy. It's indulgent."
