Secondly, it’s easy to add items like olives or remove items like mushrooms from a Philly cheesesteak hoagie. Lastly, it tastes great. Everything we’ve ordered has tasted great, arrived hot and fresh and also orders with toppings left off or added on correct upon arrival. The MOST important reason we love Pastoli’s is their gluten free and allergen friendly items!! My wife has celiac disease and cannot consume gluten. She’s very sensitive to gluten so we have to be careful of cross contamination. We always call a new place before ordering so we can ask about their gluten free items and how they prepare them. When we called Pastoli’s they were friendly, answered questions quickly and gave detailed replies. We are always still slightly concerned until she eats it and doesn’t get ill. When the first order arrived she declared it as delicious, amazing, had a wonderful actual pizza crust that was like its gluten containing counter-part. After a few hours we knew that they truly do gluten free properly as she didn’t get sick. Since then we have ordered several times and everything we’ve ordered has been delicious and she hasn’t been ill. She’s raved about Pastoli’s to her fellow celiac disease friends. One time there was a slight hiccup and we received three calzones instead of one and we called to let them know and they quickly apologized and we inquired if the pizza was correct (due to the mixup we just wanted to be sure) and learned when there are gluten containing items are ordered with gluten free items they mark the gluten free items with a “GF”. "I really loved the food from here. It's my first time trying this food and I will definitely ordering again. The Samarkand Plov - Samarqand Osh was on a nice bed of very aromatic flavorful rice. The beef shank was tender and te onions were slow cooked with a carmelized taste. The Juicy deep fried turnovers - Chebureki was t bomb. So good for a simple (but not) ground beef cheese micrure with that carmelized flavoragain took it over the top. The Medovik - Honey cake was light puff- pastry layers with a delightful honey filling was perfect. I encourage everyone to try this hidden gem. "
