"Ordering format wasnt transparent and a lot of add on promos. Though it is stated that you can "choose whatever bagel" there is no choose your bagel option when ordering any bagel sandwich (both MEC and CC). I had to write type of bagels in description. The meat and eggs were cooked well but prices are double what its worth. It wasnt bad- we ate it but we have had better bagel sandwhiches for half the price. Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. Again, I only bring this up because it has happened on every single order I have ever made. Their food is SO good, that I continue to order and will continue to order even though it's a lottery as to what I'll receive."

My girlfriend got a Turkey hoagie, and had a similar complaint. flavorless meat, and not enough oregano to make up for it. i had to doctor everything up a little bit, but the portions were definitely fair and worth the price. but if you desire a bit more flavor maybe give them a pass or put in some special directions to give it a bit more."
