"The pho from this place was really good! The broth has amazing flavor and the ingredients were super fresh. They give you a lot of broth for the price — definitely enough for two meals. My only feedback is I wish they included at least two hoisin sauce packets instead of one, and I really wanted more of the green herbs/greens that usually come on the side. I didn’t see an option to request extra herbs, so that would be nice to have in the future. Other than that, everything was delicious and I would definitely order again. "2nd time back in like 7 years (yah, that's how great it was: iceberg lettuce in the spring rolls were quite the turn off and screamed "imposter"). But was craving pho broth for the tickle in my throat. I picked up my order which was ready on time. But I turned around and asked for hoisin sauce to which the worker said 'It's there - it's all in there'. Back at home I was disappointed and let down: not once, but twice by no hoisin and by the boring and bland broth which seemed a lot like the pho concentrate which anyone can buy at the Asian market. The sparing piece of tripe and 2 tendon morsels were the highlights. Brisket and rare steak probably amounted to a measly 1.5 oz total. There mos def won't be a 3rd chance for this faux pho spot.
