The first several times I ordered, even if I was a little early for my pick up time, the food was ready and waiting for me to just grab and go. Now they have a policy that they won't even begin cooking the food until you arrive. So the app said my pickup time was in 25 min. I leave in time to get there at exactly that time, only to be met at the door and told ok I'll let them know youre here and they will START cooking it. So another 20 minutes. Yes, food was great zero complaints there, but it's crazy to wait until a customer arrives to even begin the order. "
