"Items look nothing like what is advertised my red velvet cheesecake is prepackaged and so is my banana pudding I thought banana pudding would at least be homemade in store, but it was prepackaged and it's cold as if it just came out of the freezer as a matter of fact, it is frozen almost not what I expected. This is my first time ordering from this store and it will be my last time I thought that my cheesecake would at least be a slice of cheesecake made from a cheesecake in store, but it is not a slice. It is prepackage very disappointed. And not only that the secure lid that's supposed to be on my pudding was already lifted. It was not sealed tight.  The bag that it came in, was sealed perfectly so no incidents with that but everything else is very poor. I'm not satisfied with this at all. Driver did an awesome job with timing and delivery. It was very nice and kind, but I am not happy with this purchase whatsoever very disappointed."
