They don't let the Egg or Shrimp Rolls drip on the rack long enough. I have pointed this out to them in the past but last night was the worst ever -- the cellophane sleeves were drenched in oil and bottom of the brown bag was soaking in oil. The rolls were not edible. "Probably the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had. The flavoring is always on point and great portion for the price.
My go to dishes is:
1. Shrimp Dumplings when you get it fried it soooo good with the dumpling sauce. Everything is homemade so the filling is just perfect.
2. Shrimp & Broccoli, the broccoli isn’t soggy even after taking it home which seems hard for most places to achieve, and the brown sauce is chef kisses.
3. General Tso Chicken, so sauce and crispy all at the same time, goes great with some fried rice
4. Chicken wings don’t know what it is but it’s the perfect crispy and tenderness with the right amount of savory without adding any sauces.
Overall, Happy Wok does a great job with the sauces and seasonings on their dishes, nothings ever too salty or bland.

"Pretty good. Food was hot. I got a Half-Chicken with Pork Lo-Mein and two Pork Eggrolls.
Chicken was a bit soggy (par for the course with delivery, its packaged with the noodles hot, so everything gets a bit wet from the steam, not a big deal) but juicy, well seasoned and flavorful. You also get a lot of chicken for your money, they do not cheap out on the portions thankfully.
Lo-mein was very good. Hearty, savory noodles with onion, sliced carrot, and of course thin strips of pork. The pork was tender, and the sliced carrot was actually cooked soft (which is something local chinese restaurants don't typically do without you specifically requesting it, in my experience)
Eggrolls were very crispy, with tender insides. It's mostly cabbage and whatever that red sauce they use for them in there though, not a lot of meat.
